What Famify is

Famify is an app for organising a household's chores as a game. A household creates its own quests, sets its own rewards, and agrees among itself what those rewards are worth.

Your household's data is yours

The content a household creates — its quests, goals, rewards and history — belongs to that household. We store it to run the service and for no other purpose. See Privacy.

Famify records debts; it never moves money

A real-world reward attached to a quest or a goal is a record of something the household agreed, in whatever currency the household chose. Famify does not process, hold or transfer money, and it takes no part in whether a reward is actually paid. Gold is in-app only: it buys items in the shop and cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the app.

Premium

Premium is billed through the App Store or Google Play, and their terms govern the payment, refunds and cancellation. A household whose Premium lapses keeps everything it already created.

Ending your account

Delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app. An Owner is asked to hand the household to another Game Master or to delete it along with their account.

No warranty

Famify is provided as it is, without warranty. We do not guarantee it will be available without interruption or free of defects.

Changes

These terms may change. Continued use after a change means the new terms apply.
