Famify
Famify runs your household like a game. One or more Game Masters set quests; Players complete them for XP, gold, and real rewards the household agrees on.
It works for any household — flatmates splitting chores, a couple, adult siblings, a family. Nothing in it asks how old you are.
What it does
Quests are the unit of work. A Game Master assigns one to a specific Player or leaves it on the board for anyone to claim. Completing it earns XP and gold; a Game Master can also attach a real-world reward, which the app records as owed and never moves itself.
Gold buys things in the shop — outfits and accessories for a Player's character. It is the app's own currency and cannot be exchanged for money.
Goals run for weeks rather than a day. A shared list of objectives, a target and a prize per Player, and a warning when the quests to reach it don't exist yet.
Streaks and trophies reward keeping at it. The guide explains exactly what breaks a streak, because guessing at that is where the arguments start.

The user guide explains the rules the app enforces — what a Game Master can do, what happens when a household reaches the free tier's limits, and why a reward shows as owed rather than paid.
